1. Request the return. Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the part you're returning and why.
2. Wait for approval. We'll check it against our return policy and reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before this, because unapproved returns can't be accepted.
3. Pack it well. Put the unused part back in its original packaging, add a note with your order number, and use a tracked service. For high-value parts, we recommend insured shipping.
4. Get your refund. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund your original payment method. See When will I get my refund?
