It depends on where you are and how your order is sent.

United States, sent by Australia Post

Import duties are pre-paid by us, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Everywhere else (and US orders sent by FedEx)

Any import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by you when your parcel arrives. Every country has different rules, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before you order.

Duties and taxes aren't refundable if you return an item or make a warranty claim.

Can you declare a lower value on the customs invoice?

Sorry, no. We get asked this a lot, but we declare the correct value on every order to keep everything above board.
