You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible

• The part must be in the same condition you received it: unused, not installed, and in its original packaging
• You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
• You must request the return with us first. Parcels sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.

What we can't take back

• Parts that have been installed or used

Costs

• Return shipping is at your cost, and you arrange it
• Original shipping costs aren't refundable
• For international orders, customs duties and import taxes aren't refundable

Shipping into the European Union?

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.
