Our SR20 kits fit SR20DE and SR20DET engines with the factory hydraulic lifter head.

Rear-wheel drive

  • S13 Silvia (SR20DE / SR20DET)
  • RPS13 180SX (SR20DE / SR20DET)
  • S14 Silvia / 200SX (SR20DE / SR20DET)
  • S15 Silvia / 200SX (SR20DE / SR20DET)

Front and all-wheel drive

  • N15 Pulsar SSS (Australia): SR20DE
  • U13 Bluebird SSS ATTESA (Japan, NZ): SR20DET
  • P10 and P11 Primera (Japan, Europe): SR20DE
  • B13 Sentra SE-R and B14 200SX SE-R (US): SR20DE
  • NX2000 (US): SR20DE
  • Avenir and Presea R11 (some trims)

Not compatible

  • RNN14 Pulsar GTI-R
  • Sunny GTI-R (Europe)

These use a factory solid lifter head, which our kits don't suit.

What's in the kits

One kit does the whole engine. The SR20 has 16 valves, but each rocker arm opens two valves, so there are 8 rockers to retain.

  • Hydraulic Lash Adjusters with Rocker Retainers: 8 x Denstoj lash adjusters with our retainer groove, plus 8 x drop-in clips that fit over your existing rocker arms
  • Solid Pivot Conversion with Rocker Retainers: 8 x precision-machined solid lifters, plus 8 x drop-in clips

Rocker arms aren't included. Both kits work with factory rocker arms and with Kelford Cams SR20DET DLC coated rocker arms.

Can I buy the clips on their own?

No. The groove profile and dimensions are critical, and we've seen problems when people machine grooves into their own hardened lifters: cutting too deep weakens them, and the wrong profile makes the clip catch in normal running. We only sell the clips as a matched kit. See Can I buy the clips separately?
