What does your warranty cover?Updated 18 minutes ago

We stand behind what we engineer. Denstoj parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in parts that were properly installed, in the correct application, by a qualified tradesperson

If a claim is approved, we'll repair, replace or refund the part, at our discretion.

What isn't covered

  • Use in competitive racing, track events or off-road applications
  • Incorrect installation, or use in the wrong application
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect or lack of maintenance
  • Parts that have been modified or altered
  • Use with incompatible components or incorrect lubricants
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consequential loss, including engine damage, other vehicle components, labour, removal or installation costs, towing, or loss of use
  • Shipping costs, import duties and taxes

Who's covered

The warranty applies to the original purchaser. If you bought through a distributor or reseller, make your claim with them, because we can't accept claims directly for those parts.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is in addition to those rights, and to any rights you have under the laws of your country.
