What does your warranty cover?

Email support@denstoj.com.au within 12 months of purchase with your order number, photos of the part and a description of the fault. Don't send anything back until we ask.

<li>Your vehicle, engine, and relevant modifications (cam, springs, rev limit, tune)</li>
<li>Who installed the part</li>

<li><strong>Verification.</strong> We may ask for more photos or information to confirm fitment and the fault. If we can&apos;t verify it, the claim may be declined.</li>
<li><strong>Send the part back</strong> if we ask you to. Please don&apos;t post anything until we&apos;ve given you instructions. Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend insured, tracked shipping. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.</li>
<li><strong>Inspection and outcome.</strong> We&apos;ll inspect the part and let you know the result. If your claim is approved, we&apos;ll repair, replace or refund the part.</li>

How do I make a warranty claim?

It depends on your car maker. If your car is under factory warranty, ask your dealer how they'd treat an engine claim with our parts installed before you fit them.
