We'll email you once your return has arrived and been inspected, and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If it's approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it in your account.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still can't see it, email [email protected] with your order number.

Paid in a currency other than AUD? Our prices are set in Australian dollars, so exchange rate movements between purchase and refund can make the amount slightly different in your currency.
