Most orders are packed and dispatched from our Newcastle, NSW workshop within 1 business day. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

When it can take longer

• Weekends and NSW public holidays: orders placed then go out on the next business day.
• Made-to-order items: 3D printed tools are made when you order, and the product page will say so.
• Out of stock or in development: these ship once they're available. Email [email protected] to join the waiting list.
• Orders with a question: if we need to check fitment or your address, we'll email you first, which can add a day.
